SLOW IS SMOOTH AND SMOOTH IS FAST: APRIL IS HERE

Slow is Smooth and Smooth is Fast:

April is here. The weather is fabulous, streets are covered up with white, pink or yellow blossoms and birds singing to wake you up in the morning as if you live in fairytales… well, I want to take you down to the earth, AND SAY: what a great month to enroll for that yoga class, going back to the gym or start your athletic journey by simply jogging around the park near your home and what a great month to take simple minor but consistent steps toward your dreams in the heart of the spring!

Well, I don’t want to disappoint you, I’m that “light that candle every night and meditate for the sake of your inner peace” kind of a woman, but I really enjoy the present moments of keeping calm and cooking dinner for myself when I actually persuaded the thing I wanted in the morning!

There is a big energy in moving.

When you are still and sticking to your safe zone, nothing fabulous would happen.

No one knocks on your door and offers you your dream job or a lifetime relationship.

Our lives are not movie scenes, we are REAL and That’s exactly why I believe that there is a lesson in spring and especially in April when it is all moving to peak at its beauty and its growth when everywhere is green.

When mother earth rejuvenates herself, nature keeps telling us not to settle and encourages us to grow and more important than to evolve.
Amanda Brinkman once said: “Slow is Smooth and Smooth is Fast”, and bomb these words have made a lot of impact on me, I even told a friend the other day that it is my new Mantra.

Greg McKeown- one of my favorite authors- explained very brilliantly the easy way to avoid burning out on your journey to success in his book: Effortless. this book was a game-changer as it explains there is no rush, there is no need for a drastic change, and invites you to slow down by keep taking small yet consistent steps every day toward what you want.

It’s time to listen to nature.
